Salads - by Slow Food Cafe

• Our ingredients are generally organic/hydroponic, freshly sourced, and triple-cleaned.
• All our juices are cold-pressed, prepared, and delivered between 6:30-7:30 AM (within 30-45 minutes of juicing, even sooner 😌).
• Our salads are prepared fresh and delivered before 7:30 PM.
• These salads are generally gluten-free and vegan/dairy-free with the option to be made completely gluten-free/vegan upon request.
• Each salad portion contains approximately 10-15 grams of protein, about 350 Kcals, and is high in fiber.
• These salads are perfectly suitable for those on diets, individuals aiming to improve gut health or skin, and can be customized a bit to suit thyroid/diabetics.
• Salad dressings are prepared with fresh ingredients only.
• Weekly and monthly subscriptions are available, too. (Trust us, you’d want to order more 😊😊)

• These are some of the popular local favorites, and just like our weekly salad menus, these will change each week too.
• Coolers are prepared, and delivered in 2 slots (you can choose your slot at the time of placing an order)
• Slot #1: Between 12:00-1:00 PM
• Slot #2: Along with Salads, between 06:30-07:30 PM

And before you ask, for drinks that need li'l sweetness, we'll use Organic Cane Sugar, Jaggery or Mishri (thread sugar) - so enjoy them guilt-free! 😊
